Bought a cup style wire wheel for my elec grinder and cleaned up part of the AA frame. Nice black boogers even with the dust mask.

Plus on my way home from work- I happened to take the truck, and was cruising home the back way, when I spied an old walk behind tractor from the 50's with a HUGE Briggs & Stratton model 14 engine some guy was tossing. SO now I have ANOTHER project...

Well,...I made some Chicken and Dumplins' and we talked over dinner about how great the Green Bean is. There is still plenty left so I think we may have some tonight. See, it gets thicker over night and the chicken becomes more tender. Oh and I ordered some head gaskets and a master cyl.

There's a reason why I haven't added any auto related progress even though I have plenty to do in that area.
We have recently moved into an old historic century home. With no garage! mind you.... But a promise from my wife to build a four staller with a lift next year has enticed me to go well in debt and go along with the pretty house idea my wife had. I promised her I would be "utterly devoted" for exactly one year and get the house and separate Antique shop in shape and after that, She won't see me cause I'll be playing in the garage for many years. here's my, time consuming, future garage maker.

Got the tires on my Salt Flats for the Buick. Got the Jag up on the lift and did some precise measuring for the suspension transplant. Started to disassemble it.

Went to the junkyard and scavenged parts for Coopey Doo, Beat on a few dents in the roof area,
Looked at the want ads for steering column, beat more dents.
Learned to keep fingers from between dolley and metal.
Went out to Roger's place and checked on the Packard sedan turned coupe project.
That thing has one HUGE frame, about ten inch channel.

If you remember, I had a spoiled milk problem in my wifes car. Well, I found just the shit to take care of it. 1/2 gallon soaked into the carpet and padding.
It's rather new but I can attest it works on all bacteria and mold producing odors. Its an enzyme odor solution that has these enzyme critters right in it that eats any bacteria that you miss. Works good for pet smells too.
You can find it at any LARGE Pet supply.

I made an exhaust pipe and finish the twist throttle assembly on the mini chopper. I then rode it for the first time on Saturday. It cruised great. Just need to find/make a cool saddle seat and make a kick stand. Maybe paint it. I started with a bare frame and have been collecting parts and working on it since around November. It has Been a fun project. Now I just Ride to Live/Live to Ride! Around the neighborhood that is.

    Since you asked....

I came home, ate dinner, went out in the garage and painted my tranny crossmember with some black rustoleum, came back in, practiced making babies with the fiance, re-installed Windows 2000 on my desktop, and then went to bed.

Do you want another update tomorrow morning?

I got the 350 motor and tranny out of the '60 Elky and one of the heads off to see why it has chocolate shake oil. It's full of water! no prob since I was gonna plunk in a different one anyway.
Today I'm gonna separate the T350 and pull the accessories I need on the replacement and clean them up.
Going to pull the front end off too so I can detail the firewall and visible frame and replace the control arm bushings and cut the coils to a proper length [IMG]
