Drove my beater truck to the junkyard today,it was just too wore out and rusty to repair this time and I never thought I would get 550 dollars junking a vehicle that was not a very large truck. Broke the snow plow that is on my lawn tractor the other day and put it back togather since they are calling for more snow tomorrow.

  12. 4th july week & live at lake Pomme De Terre finally everyone is leaving no more firecrackers Had to give the dogs benadril to calm them down I moved 20 ton of new rock around my drive got a call to go look at a 59 chevy Now I will get to work

  13. As stated earlier, in the Olds Rocket thread, just hauled this '56 Super 88 home, as a side job. Been sitting for over 2 years??? AND same family since new. Body is in incredible condition, as are the brakes and other mechanicals. Too bad the engine is locked up.:(
Anywho...spent this morning cleaning and adjusting all the brakes and getting the old girl spiffed-up a bit. Even if she don't run, at least it will look good sitting in my driveway for awhile. 1956 Olds Super 88.jpg

  20. Pulled the master cylinder from the 41 Chevy. Ordered new one from Speedway. Cut the grass, and went to evaluate a job where me and a friend are installing a heat pump.
