Projects What Did You Save This Year

Since there's only about 45 minutes left in the year and I haven't seen a post on it yet i'll have to do it. So show us what you saved from the scrap heap this year.

I saved 4 of these IHC 16" wheels from sinking deep into the moist earth...

 

I bought 2 project cars that were started and never completed. I completed one and will begin on the other in 2016.

Not really saved from the scrap heap but saved from a life of sitting in someone's garage as a dream never to become a reality. That's worth something right?

 

I hope you saved the rest of the truck as well.

 

Saved this '59 Pontiac 389. Been having a lot of fun with it lately tearing it down, cleaning it up and trying to get it ready to fire up on a test stand.

It was offered to me by a local fellow HAMBer who started a conversation with me to see if I wanted it.....I really didn't need it, but.....

If I didn't buy it it probably would have ended up as scrap.

I tried to save this neglected Deuce 3 window that has been slowly sinking into the ground in the barn for the last 20 years but it still can't be bought. HRP
