Any killer scores at the LA Roadster Show? Let's hear 'em....

Mine was a pair of N.O.S. Navarro heads - never mounted, from Barney Navarro's last production run, in the original shipping box from Barney, the heads still wrapped in 2003 newspaper. I wanted original Navarro production and not the H&H Navarro heads. That is all I bought apart from two nuts and bolts to fix my trailer!

Scored a sprint steering wheel for 25 bucks but after driving this afternoon in the sun........ OMG- I think I'm blind now! It's like driving into a eye-burning hell. Looks like the 40 wheel will go back on this week.

A guy had a primo set of 32 plates I wanted- completely restored & clear but $450.00? Not a deal today.

I really don't want to upset you, but on second thoughts... $650 the pair. I heard H&H have had some problems with theirs. I don't know if they have sorted the problem yet, but I wanted genuine Navarros and would have taken used in preference over H&H repros, as I have a mint original Navarro intake with 2 big logo 97s.

I have never heard and I doubt there have been problems with the H&H Navarro products. The majority of the H&H Navarro intakes and heads are made off the original Navarro patterns, poured at the same foundry, etc. H&H was hand picked by Barney Navarro to carry on with his company. I'm not bagging on you as I'm not sure what you heard or who told you. It's just that rumours spread on the internet could really damage a top quality company, like I and many people consider H&H to be.

Besides all this, it does sound like you scored some nice heads.

I first became aware of the problem here on the HAMB - the 'search' tool is your friend.
