What do I torque a 4 banger head at?

Can anybody tell me what to torque the head bolts at on a Model A ford 4 banger? I haven't broken down and bought a Model A restorers book yet. If you can also tell me the sequence that would be great. Although, I would imagine I could just alternate back and forth to each bolt for the sequence and get close enough.

 

55-60 pounds...work from the center out, alternating front and rear, side to side
