Hot Rods What do these Fender Skirts fit??

I bought these a few years ago at a swap meet and they didn't fit my Chevy.

Anybody know what they fit?
Part number on them is HH 624452.

They are 1955 1956 Ford Factory fender Skirts.
You can not go by the number stamped into that tab because the same tabs were used on 1955 and 1956 Mercury. (The stamped number is the part number for the tab) There are no ID numbers on the skirts.
