  3. [while Mongo is beating the hell out of a bar full of toughs, Bart walks in, dressed as a messenger boy and carrying a box]
Bart: Candygram for Mongo! Candygram for Mongo!
    Mongo: Me Mongo.
    Bart: Sign, please.
[Mongo grabs the paper and makes some rough scratches on it]
    Bart: Thank you.
[He gives Mongo the box and walks out of the bar, putting his fingers in his ears]
    Mongo: Mongo like candy.
[he opens the box - BOOM!]

Not at all. For clarity, its rust, this guy has no recourse but I am talking in general. If you sell a car with known defects, by law you should disclose them. Selling a car as is does not allow you to sell a car knowing it has a specific defect but not telling the buyer. If you know there is a defect you must disclose it. Most folks buying a car find issues later and they think they bought it as is and they are stuck, however if they find out that you knew of the defect and did not disclose it, they may have a case.

Personally I have never sold a vehicle without telling the buyer of any potential issues. Its called karma and I do not like to mess with it.

Hiding the fact that say, the steering is defective and the owner gets killed on the way home. Buyer beware or not, say good bye to anything you own

You said he crawled under it,over it,took a ride in it and bought it. It belongs to him now. Maybe his boss Wife told him he couldn't have it and hes being a badass the only way he knows,on the phone. I just find it hard to believe all the goody-2 shoes on here saying to take it back. That is not the right thing to do. Screw him,he bought a car. And Merry Christmas no goody-2 shoe Happy-Holidays.

Maybe give this a thought... maybe he was selling it to someone else.. and they did not like what they seen..and backed out .. leaving the middle man with the car.. Ive seen that happen before.. in any case.. its the buyers problem.. it even got trailered..

  10. Ok these guys would not take being called a pussy lightly..they also dont call themselves "an outlaw biker"...they are an Outlaw..... Ya know I think many folks buy an old car with dreams of "fixin it up a little" and shipping it to some auto auction or pulling a "gas monkey garage" deal and when they realize they are over theor skis they go into WTF mode. I have never bought an old car with the thoughts of making money on 1.. out of the 4 I have owned the all cost me money. I expect that it's called a hobby for a reason..it consumes money. I look at it like this..I pay 10,000 for a car own it for 4 years and sell it for 8500. I figure I spent less than 400 a year to own something I enjoy.. I know guys that spend that in 2 months going golfing..

If the guy keep bugging ya simply tell him when the call ends your next call will be to the police. Good Luck
