Thomas I like FlyingPolocks design, but agree with Natas the lettering doesn't look right. It reminds me of one thing, the "OverHaulin'" Logo

Wyatt, I think it will work out perfect. He specifically asked me the group we were targeting, I'm sure if it was just the traditional hot rods, the font would be different, but in our case we're targeting more than the traditional crowd and more than just hot rods. Thanks again flyingpollock!

Good eyes or bad eyes: Traditional or Modern. You still can't read it. Done.

Natas, thanks for the critique...I'm sure you're a perfectionist and I'll be sure to hit you up next time and I'm sure it will be perfect also.

btw, I'm asian and I only have half the vision of most people...i can read it fine. What font, style do you suggest? Or is there a charge for that...

It might be a moot point by now - but I'm going to have to agree with natas on this. I'm a graphic designer myself - and this has some weight/balance issues that were already discussed. Make sure you get the desired effect before you finalize and market this. As is - the line drawing of the car is nice, but so delicate it really gets drowned out by the harsh text. I thought 1shot's heavy contrast take was much more bold and eyecatching - even from 30 feet. Good luck - maybe the "font" you are looking for is something totally kustom and hand lettered, rather than just picked off a font list.

Thanks man...I'm glad someone besides speedaddict said they liked it...I thought I was being ignored...and I agree about looking for a custom lettering style...that is why I left mine blank with no words....because everything I tried wasn't working.

I talked to flyingpolock about the logo that created and he has all kinds of other killer stuff in the works for the logo. I guess this was the first swing at it. If you guys get a chance check his website out, he does some top notch stuff. http://www.problemchildkustoms.com

Hey Natas, thanks for the praise... Glad we got on the same page, man.
1-Shot, it'd be impossible to ignore your kick-ass work, and I'm in the same boat as you on the lettering, which is why I kinda winged it... It's probably going to require a hand-lettering job to do Thomas' vision justice. I started drawing blanks on lettering for it... It's rare that I use type in my work, sop, after huddling in the corner all fetus-like, I'm gonna hit it again, and see what I can do.
