    Before and after:

This weekend: Finally got my wheels on, bullets or Merc caps, what do you think ? went with narrow whites instead of wide....

Also changed out the Holley for an Edelbrock, and the Autolite dual point for a Pertronixs, man runs like a different car..

Next weekend: dropped headlight bar, repo Dietz headlights with Lucas blubs, start fabbing up my nerf bars etc.

Opps! forgot Long beach on Sunday (need some stuff)

I am kinda partial to the wires... I guess I like cheesy 70s stuff too.

I vote bullets over caps, but I think the pinstripe whitewalls look too 70's on that car, and the change from wires was probably to get away from the 70's look in the first place.

I like the caps..But a 2" or wider white would really set them off a bit better..very nice looking Tudor

I like the bullets and I think wide white walls would look better also.

I like cheesy 70's also but I never cared for those spokes, even in the 70's. I like the bullets. I really like a fendered car. Maybe because it reminds me of the cheesy 70's.

On a 60's car, especially the 2 inch "Cadillac width" whitewalls. But those tires on that car doesn't give me the 60's vibe.

Maybe you could dye the whitewalls red with SEM paint or something else to make redlines. Redlines on chrome wheels with bullet centers would be 60's period perfect and would look nice with those paint colors too.

There's gotta be a way. Anyone made redlines out of whitewalls yet?
