What Falcon part will work on same year Ranchero?

That Falcon part will work on same year Ranchero? im going to by a 66 ranchero but i don't no much about this car/trucks in needs the left door gl*** and a drive shaft. I know the 66 was built on a falcon plat forum so will any parts work of a falcon?

 

Virtually everything not having to do with being a pickup will work from a Falcon car on a Ranchero. It is essentially a Falcon 2door wagon without the roof out back and with a bed floor over the standard floor pan.

 

A 66 is actually on a Fairlane platform.A two door wagon was not available after 65.You could use doors and door parts from a 66-67 Fairlane 2 door,front fenders from a 66 Falcon.I've seen guys use 66-67 Fairlane front ends to make them look like 67 Rancheros. ROY

The door gl*** is unique to the 66 and 67 Ranchero and won't interchange with a Falcon 2 door sedan.
