History What frame is this?

    This was on a farm I visited. I've been to three different subreddits, nobody knows what this is. It looks really close to a 27 / 28 Chevy frame, but the gas tank cover thing in the back is a different shape, it's round. Kind of looks like an Oldsmobile? Any experts out there ?

    Before the depression, there were over 2000 auto makers in the US. Could be hard to figger without better pics of the hubs and spindles. Odd that its parallel rails, mostly that was a model T thing, but they could have moved them in for the adaption of a front axle on the rear

    not meant to hijack, but since frame re-purposing came up. my uncle was a Chris Craft dealer on Buckeye Lake Ohio, and stored boats during the winter (1950s) all the trailers were made from old car frames.
