What glue or adhesive do you use to glue side gl*** to regulator channel, I used silicone last time and they cracked?

Yes, you gotta use the tape. It's kinda a rubberized cloth that is about 2" wide. It goes between the gl*** and the channel. You might be able to get it at some local gl*** shops, but alot of them don't use it anymore. I also use som 3M black window sealer with the tape as added security.

If you can't find setting tape, try a strip of rubber from an old inner tube........OLDBEET

If you want to glue gl*** permanently use windshield urethane. It comes in a cauking tube; it's what newer cars use to glue in the windshields. Once you open it, it usually dries up in the tube so get all your projects lined up & glue/seal every window in sight while you're at it. :D

I used Liquid Nails (what I had available) on the p***enger door window in my F1 about 5 years ago. It's still holding.
