    Nice work again!
I guess i'll buy a pair of Camaro brakehoses too, thanks for the tip!
No offence, but i think PBR is a lot better choice than your mellanöl:D
I guess you have to buy it from liquerstore,i havent seen anything else but the "middle-beer" in your grocery stores.
I've seen PBR in here too,i guess its because the damn hipsters have been demanding it.

Thanks man! Yeah the beer in our grocery stores are bad but we have the "systembolag" to go to and buy real beer [emoji6] do you have stronger beer than 3.5% in your grocery stores in Finland? Yes i have heard to that the PBR are some kind of hipster beer too now days but i dont even really know what a hipster is i just like to drink PBR and other beers and build cars and harleys [emoji12]. I looked at your pics of your brake system and i think it is the same that i run now and like a said it works super nice so you are not going to be dissapointed!

Painted the outer lip on the rims gold and cleaned white walls. Think it matches the car with the hubcaps was raining outside this night so dident want to take the car out and take some side pics but they will come.

    Damn,looks nice!
The strongest beer or other alcohol beverage we have in here in our grocery stores are 4.7%.
We have to buy the stronger stuff than that from the liquerstore.
Well, hipsters seems to ruin everything cool, but only for a temporary.I am sure that at next year they will do something else than drink PBR and look like lumberjacks.

I have drunk some pretty powerful beer in Germany but it was locally made and I have no idea of the alcohol content. The car is looking great!

Did change my rear end gears, before i had seen the car it was suppose to be a 8inch rear end... But like always it was not true its an original Ford 49-52 axle that was running 4.10 gears. Bright side of that was that i had 3.20 gears laying around for it so i swapped now its running at a little lower rpm and works good with the powerglide and 1:1.

Did some side trim yesterday, had the original trim for the car but in real bad shape so i shortened it down a bit on the rear fenders.
Think it looks good with a little chrome on the sides now when i run chrome hubcaps to.
    Some pics:

Thank you! I just adjusted the toe with mesurements from both sides of the wheel and a little bit toe out close to 0. Before i had to much toe in and that along a list of other things coused my death wobble, pretty scary actually have never owned a car self that has make it. I belive the real couse is that hole my front end has some play in every joint. wheels was out of balance and had sit for long and to much Toe in, Going to rebuild the front end in winter now i just want to drive! By setting a little bit toe out you just mask the problem really but atleast its safe to drive! Have proper wheel alignment computer at work but has to mutch play in the joints for make it proper so its no point.

Thank you guys!! Glad to hear!

  21. It does, I had a chopped 51 ford that had one. When I got the car it did not have the center grill section just the grill surround trim, and I found the grill I a junk yard in Virgina. It was already in another 51 ford that had been pretty much reclaimed by rust. it was already trimed and fit perfect. Took me little while to figure out what it was from, it sure looked slick, but not as good as this one!

Summer is short here in sweden and we have drove the shoebox quit mutch this summer but now its just rain and bad wheather it seems and i have 8 weeks vaccition from work and waiting on out baby to come so what to do? really like the car but something is just not me with it..... Cant chop a buissness coupe they get bad lines but the convertibles are almost the same body? Have spent some time reading and looking at both Yarils and Erics convertibles and they are cool but i could never in a lifetime come up with the money or find a convertible here in sweden so lets take the roof of [emoji3]
Remember this shoebox have some rust issues in both floors, fenders, hood and trunk so its not a sin and the biggest thing of all its mine so i do what i want [emoji6] Try to cut the roof so it can be welded back on if someone will do that or something....so lets go!

The plan is to build a chopped convertible with both carson top gaylord style and a functional usual convertible that can be removed, started with chopping the windshield 4 inches:

When i chopped my 49 i ended up just spreadding the roof to connect with the bottom of the windshield frame on the car but now i dont have a roof to consider so i will lenghten the upper windshield bar really happy with the look it got, planning on doing everything thats needs welding for the convertible conversion then maybe lift the body of the frame for reinforce frame and build a new floor.
