This is a 39 Lincoln Zepher axle (may be the same as Ford) in a 29 ford sedan..what hubcap can I use...the axle extends out pretty far.....the wheels are ford originals..5x5 1/2.. 5.5 inches wide..I wanted to run an early 50's hubcap...
    TIA..Steve

I'd start with early F 100 caps if the nubbies have the 9-1/2 inch circle for the early caps. Later caps had a 10-1/2 inch nubbie circle.

Kinda looks like a late 60's - mid 70's wheel. Ford pretty much had a flat (kind of deep) dog dish for those.

  4. I'm running 49 merc wheels in the rear and can run the 50 merc caps on my stock banjo axle.
