What I was up to this weekend

while everyone was having a blast out a speedweek or at the HAMB drags I was out admiring the beginnings of my new shop--it's 20x30-still kicking around the style but its a start

 

Looks like a great start-

I was out cuttin' the weeds the other day and realized that there is room to hide a good sized garage/shop in the back yard when the day (err... read as $$$) comes!

Best thing is that Mrs. Yankee thinks that the idea is GOOD!!!

Ryan's other forum, THE GARAGE JOURNAL, is chock full of ideas. And any HAMBer with a yen for a shop should be lurking, if not posting, over there.

 

Guess you are not going to move to Mississippi. Good luck with your shop, hope you get to build what you want.
