What is an "ididit"" steering column?

You'll notice that their "traditional" columns (no bells and whistles) are now more expensive than a full blown tilt column now that traditional is back in and in high demand. Sons a bitches!

in a early Ford !!

But I did go to the junk yard and find a Chevy Van with tilt. The good one with P-R-N-D-L2-L1 and no key.

 

Thats why I don't wear my Ididit hat!

 

I've installed a couple of em, never really gave it a traditional thought. Quality parts and easy instal thats looks good?
