Technical What is this called?

    Hello All,
    Can someone tell me what these two "pegs" are called? I can't find them in the factory ***embly manual and I've done searches under different names to no avail. I believe its a pivot point for... maybe throttle or choke control? The top one was broken off after I got it back from the machine shop. The bottom was missing.

    The top one is the stud that mounts the throttle linkage pivot, the lower one is a pipe that someone added to the oil system. The byp*** oil filter and/or oil pressure gauge usually attach to this fitting.
