Technical What is this dash off of?

Dug this one out but I don't know what it goes to. Seems bigger than a typical Model A dash (besides being the wrong design), so I was wondering if it went to a bigger truck. Anyone recognize what make and/or model it goes to? It measures exactly 44" across.
