what is this dodge flat head

    got this old dodge truck (1941) im working on and have been knocking my head agenst the wall trying to figure out what the motor is, the casting reads DSP3350 (or DSP3*350),

  3. If the green paint has been on that engine since it was purchased, may
    indicate a rebuilt unit by Jasper engine co.

    I couldn't find anything in my reference books, it could have been restamped by a rebuiler. Measure the length, 23" blocks were 201ci to 230 ci, 25" blocks were 241 ci to 252+ ci. All candian made engines were 25" regardless of the ci size. These motors were used in a wide variety of applications, industrial, farm, and marine.
