    Looks like the ring we put on some Monte Carlos that had a mag wheel option.

    I'm guessing it's home made........though very nicely. See the welded joint about 6:00 or 6:30?
    Probably attached with adhesive tape or some such. Well done, in any case.

    Aftermarket adhesive backed trim mldg. they sell it in 25' rolls. comes in various widths. the small stuff is often used as wheel opening trim

    It is not adhesive backed. DSCN2252.JPG DSCN2254.JPG It is steel with mounting clips, appears to be factory made.
