What is this?

Help! This was left over from my father's estate. They are cool looking so I held onto them. Does anyone know what they are from. The plug on the back says "TRUE RAY - HEADLAMP." The "TRUE" part is hard to read and I'm guessing. Overall about 8"-9" diameter at largest part. Original black paint. Decorative light gage brass ring around the outside. To test my car knowledge: I say model T headlights. Am I an idiot?

I don't plan to use these for anything and only kept them because they looked worth keeping. If someone needs them, let me know what a fair price is for you. Thanks, Chuck

yours are 27 Buick because they have the lines in the lens
