What make and Model is this car?

On further examination, I'm looking at the lower door on the Lincoln which flares out and I'm going to go with 1939 Mercury 2 door sedan because of the lower door and running boards. Front fender shape is definitely of the Ford family - the Studebaker slopes more downward and the first Studebaker two door sedan with this kind of roof line was 1940 which had round headlights.

 

Maybe an English or Australian '39-'40 Ford? I recall seeing one as a gasser in an older magazine.
