Technical What Master Cylinder Did Ansen Use for the Clutch?

I have an Ansen provided master cylinder (CC-6007) for use with a hydraulic clutch slave cylinder. I have searched for the last couple of hours and am unable to find what make this master cylinder was used for. It is not Ford and may be either Chevy or Oldsmobile?

- Bore is 15/16"
- 3-bolt mounting like Ford

I'm looking for a rebuild kit since it is leaking badly from the push rod end.

I'd like to fix this tomorrow to make a meet at Owl's Head Maine tomorrow.

Converted C1 Vette brake master is my guess.

 

Yes, it is for a '55 to '62 C1 Corvette...$53 to $129 on the web.....

 

The bore would be reduced. That’s why it say’s converted. .700”or .750” bore.

The mod was to remove the residual pressure valve. Bore is either 15/16 or more likely 1”
