what mileage does your flathead get?

Your flatheads ****! My smallblock in the 54 gets 18-20. I know if I mssed some more withthee tuning I could stay above 20.

 

'66 Chevy Biscayne wagon, 427 big block/700R4 overdrive/3.55 gears.

15 in mixed driving
19 at 65 MPH

Averaged 15.5 towing 4000 pounds from Florida to New York at 65 to 70 MPH

I always thought flatheads would get decent mileage.

 

Somewhere between ****py and godawful. I don't calculate it. I enjoy driving the car.
