Does anyone have any suggestions on prep work after having
entire body aluminum oxide blasted? I am not sure if I need to
clean or scuff or just wipe down and prime. Any help would be
    appreciated.

Wash with solvent, go over the entire body with a DA with some 100 grit on it, and get all the spots the DA won't hit, by hand. You want to dislodge any stray grit that got stuck in the metal pits, pores, and body lines. Then Prepsol again, clean with pre paint cleaner and do your prep for primer. Read the instructions!!!!! Some coatings you should definately pre clean the surface with metal prep, others will not tolerate an acid wash.
I just sand, clean and epoxy with House of Kolor KP-2. You can put filler over it, and it primes, seals, and fills pits and scratches very well.
