What OE rads will fit a '28-'29 Ford grille shell?

    What OE rads will fit a '28-'29 Ford grille shell? Is there something I can dig out of the wrecker?

    i hear mid 60's mustang fits..dont have first hand knowledge of that yet

    mid 60's stang, comet, fairlane, galaxy all fit. you can get brand new ones for cheap. I have one I will sell ya for 150.00 brand new in the box.

  9. Sorry, that 'stang radiator does not look RIGHT. I will pay extra for one that looks like it belongs there.

    If you run a stang or other non made to fit radiator you have to put a mesh or something in the grill opening...like this. It has a Mustang radiator

    How about a 28 or 29 ford radiator it will fit and should look right

    This was discussed a month or so ago, and the ford tractor radiator sounded like the best option; cheap and made to stay cool at an idle all day long in the fields. If anyone can re-post that info, I'd appreciate it, especially if someone has measurements as well.
