What rims are these?

I have a pair of these. They're 5x5.5" bp. Not sure what they are, or what size they are? Seems like 16x5"? I'm not real good at measuring rims. What are they? Are they good to use as front rims on a fenderless rod? They seem wide to me.

15 inch ford pickup i think and yes you can use
them on a fenderles hotrod even on a
fendered hotrod

 

Late '60s up Ford 1/2 ton wheels ... good rollers.

So, if I wanted to use them on the front of a model A or something, whats a good bias ply tire size? Something tall but narrow and good looking? 560-15?
