deeper black 15" steel wheels in the rear w/ cheater slicks, skinny torque thrusts in the front w/ skinny 14's. jack it up a few inches. traction masters or *******s. fenderwell headers (white).

Obviously, nobody told this buy back in '67 that his car sat way too low to be "correct" :D. This should make your wheel choice clear, 12 spokes up front, grey center Torque Thrusts on the back. Nice Chevy II you got there. Put some old decals along the rocker panels, sand thru the paint in a couple of spots and it'll be perfect.

I think 12 spokes up front would look wrong on that car... Torque Thrusts would look right...

Yea they'er wheels to Hot Rodders and rims to rice burners . Rims are the outer edge of wheels that hold tire beads !

I think (key word) these would look killer on the front with either slots or Cragars on the rear.:D
Although black steelies would look killer and be a little more subtle, but subtle is really my style.

I agree with some others, Cragers were big in the 60's and would look good and so would the Torque Thrusts. But hell, I can't even make up my mind on my own car!:)

depending on the existing offset.....something like a 16x10-12 et3's (the ones with the deep barrels and windows ...not the custom offset 2pc ones....and a pair of 15x4.5 big window halibrands (not those altered wheels either...just not hte same) or ....some of those bolt on spindle mount sprint looking ones....man i love that car......still on my to build list.....post novas rule...:D

on a side opinion..... a pair of 18x10 boyd big windows and 17x4 up front would get it done as well .......

skip the torque thrust of any version.....that teenage bottle something chevy II from a few years back already did that.....and it was cool...skip the straight axle thing too.....:D leave that ***** on the ground

as for interior.....either a stock looking red or even aqua with that black....now i'm back to wanting to sell my model a and build one of those......

black steel for sure in the back, they'll disguise the tubbed look, i'd run a pair of skinny 5 spokes up front...

of course, i do happen to have a pair of 15x6 ETs for sale...

I think a set of Cragar 5 spoke chrome wheels would look great on there. I like the idea of the Halibrand or ET3 wheels as well.

I really like the ET Cl***ic 5 as well. It looks *****in in both the skinny front and deep rear wheel. In fact, now that I think about it, they would be my top choice.

I think satin or polished finished aluminum slots would do the trick - old school g***er look for sure. I'd raise the rear some for some rake to help dissolve the modern drag car/pro-street look. Rallyes also look very cool but don't really say g***er.

I like Radirs, you can do black steels on back with cheaters, and skinny Radir tri ribs with the unpolished centers for the front. Another vote to raising the front and some white fenderwell headers...
