It's in the "seeking a foundry" to get cast stage.

    Well, I finally cast something!
I needed a hand brake mount for my 1937 ford pickup, and so decided it would be a good casting project. I drew up a design in fusion, 3d printed a pattern, and cast it the next day. I'm pretty happy with the results of my first try at casting. More to be coming soon for sure! 20190716_175947.jpg 20190716_175953.jpg 20190716_224007.jpg

I put together a short video of my latest casting. It is a sand rammer for compacting casting sand. Enjoy!

Even better make an oval air cleaner that covers all 3 carbs. This gives you a plenum and is not restrictive like those little bitty individual cleaners

We made propane fueled furnaces out of 1/2 of a 55 gallon barrel. Lined them with fire brick. Ran the fuel line in with air added to it< controlling the air with a ball valve. I still know where one is if pictures were needed or I think it could be bought.

How about a 5 main 8ba block with a 3.5 inch bore, 2 inch cam tunnel and 2 inch valves to be run in a yet to be organized PRO vintage circle track racing association?

I had the Dave Gingery charcoal foundry furnace, used to make a lot of castings! Built his lathe and assorted equipment and cool stuff, but you are really knocking it out of the park!

    I'm, serious...
A slingshot Y dual 3 bolt intake piece that will bolt to a 4 bolt 1949-53 Mercury Intake. This basically makes a slingshot intake for a 8BA.
