what size tires should I buy for 15x7 supremes??

I bought a set of 15x7 supremes for my 57 Chevy wagon. I want to get narrow whitewall radials but I'm not to sure what size to get. What size are you guys running??

 

Mine are 15x8's running BFG 215x70R15's. They would work ok on a 15x7" rim.

 

195/70R15 to 205/70R15 would work

 

Another vote for 205/70/15

 

I've got 215/70's...but I think 205's would look better.

 

205/70's. Had that size on my Astros, run them still on my Cragars.

 

I've got 225/70s on my original 6" wheels.

But I'll probably bump up to 7" wheels when I buy some chrome steelies. At any rate, if you want a bigger tire, 225s will fit.

 

Go with the 205s. They will look best. Ive got 205/ 75/ R15 Hancook pinners on my convertible. It's got a 60s look.
