watching too many godzilla movies when I was younger. Actually, that's still a problem.

 

A 15 amp welder but only a 10 amp wall socket, made a short extension cord to make it work but was told by an electrician it was a REALLY BAD idea because the wiring in the wall heats up and can eventually CATCH FIRE and BURN THE HOUSE DOWN.

Now I'm waiting to have enough spare cash to put in a new wall socket.
