I did say most cars... And I also said not everybody digs 50's and 60's style cars. Not that I think those style cars are ugly, they just don't do it for me. Do you honestly think a flat firewall would look good in the T that olskool34 built? Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
Just kidding. I knew what you were talking about. And agree completely. Sorry, I am the first to say sarcasm doesn't go over well in the printed word and then I make a sarcastic remark like that.
Yeah, sorry, missed the sarcasm. Glad you knew what I meant, at least. Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
I like how some people on here act like they can't do a lot of things....and when you get down to it, they are multi-talented people that can actually do anything they want to do...........aside from all the crap you hear from the people that like to argue or down everything people do....I have found that there are some SUPER TALENTED FABRICATORS on here..........what gets me is the incredible work they do with limited and homemade tools.
Hell I have a few T firewalls and rogi has atleast 4. Hit us up if you need one. It will be cheap and yes, a flat firewall in mine was not an option. Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
I left college to build custom chair frames , rough frames and show wood. but there won't be any in this T other than floor boards . I had some 1/8" hat channel bent up similar to 26/27 subframe parts I will use that and also some A & B pillars from an Essex that look really close to the curve on the Ts A&B pillar area. long story short I will sub it out in steel so it looks like it came that way . one day
yes T parts are cheap and plentiful. I have challenged myself before making parts you can buy new for $25. just for the experience. I will probably do the same for a firewall. thanks olskool34 . I will let you know but I will focus on the bun panels for now
Yeah the bun panels were by far the trickiest part of the whole thing. Mine do not look like a true roadster but only a purist could tell you that. Nice job on fabbing that panel by the way!
