What the heck are these little faces for

Rat bombs, customs, rods and bikes i can do, but this computer stuff is all new to me. So please have patience. Thanks RvrndWade.

 

I had trouble arranging all these little electrons too, but now I'm starting to get a handle on it. Sometimes I still want to use my hammer on it
