Customs What the hell are these wheels?

found a set of wheels that are a mystery to me. They look like a goofy mix between Rader’s, and “Hollywood” Wheels. Anybody know what they are? I love the way they look.

 

There were a lot of what amounted to low production wheel producers making wheels similar to that in the mid 60's.
Some here that come close. http://www.kustomwheel.com/vintagemags/vintagemagsii.html They look a lot like the single rib Radar.
The tall center looks like was designed to run with the earlier hubs that stuck out a lot further.
