  4. I got pegged with "BigDaddyBob" at the parts store I used to work at.
I'm Bob, and huge. + my kids would always stop by and see me at work and one of the guys started using that nickname... then it just kind of went from there.
My 62 C10 is the reason for the last part.

Well my dad always said I walk a fine line. In my younger years I leaned a little more to the wrong side. I still don't believe in conforming to anyones rules and regulations. After the Vegas fieasco a few years ago I heard people were looking for me. So I figured this was as good as name as any. <font color="green"> I think Outlaw should change his HAMB name to "ManAss".

How much did you have to pay that chick for those pics anyway?

You gonna be at the drags? Pistons and Paint?

Eyeball and I were talking at BTT50s a couple years ago and I used gradient in a sentence. since that is too long and cumbersome, Grady will do just fine

Same as the other Mongo, It's from the Blazing Saddles Character. I used to punch alot of things and people, I'm a big guy, used to have a small friend who started alot of fights so I used to have to finish them. Turns out there are a lot of Mongo's out there so I added KC cause I'm in Kansas City, Missouri.

  14. Sooo, how long has this thread been running now? You get the picture.
Late finishing school, marrying, having kids, joining the HAMB. Now 49 and still scrounging parts for my first built car. And still learning how (especially from this board...when I'm not fooling around with way O/T threads). Also, the name is the title of a collection of short stories by Thomas Pynchon (pre-""Gravity's Rainbow"), one of my "formative influences" (entropy, paranoia, &amp; pop culture ). Later [IMG]

My name's short for Nadalicious Von Creemy Pie. My parents were hippies in the strictly Judeo/Christian/Buddhist/Islamic/BeanieBaby/NorthAmericanFreestyleWrestling sense of the word. They never passed a Rainbow Gathering they couldn't help but visit.
If I told you that my onscreen moniker Nads alluded to fearlessness that would be dead wrong, because I'm afraid of almost everything. germ scares me, germs scare me too. Daddy Longlegs are the most feared creatures in my book. I'm also afraid of jellyfish, rubber ducks, bunnies and mold. I'm treading lightly through life like Peter Pan in gold lame dancing shoes. I drive like my grandmother and all she ever steered was a water buffalo, God rest her soul.
Infectious diseases are particularly problematic to me, I got IT from a toilet seat.
Pine cones are the ultimate dingleberry remover.

When Ike was running for president passing out I Like Ike buttons, Walt Kelly spoofed him by running POGO with I Go Pogo buttons and placards. when Kenndy Ran aginst Nixon I painted I GO POGO on my first car. ( a 1954 Ford conv. that I had nosed and decked and dumped on a rake by cutting 1 1/2 coils out of the front springs.) All my surf buddys thought it had somthing to do with sex. when they saw my car coming they said "Here comes I GO POGO. then the name shifted to me. I later built a grass shack on the back and drove it to Mexico on surf trips. If you are ever in El Segundo, There is a photo of it hanging on the wall of the Stick N Stine on P.C.H.

ol' 55 Ply = ive got an old 55 plymouth belvedere... and "hoss" was already taken. Actually, i didnt know how addictive the HAMB was when i reg'd... if i did, would have taken a more proper name like "dude that gets nothing done, ever".... but that's kinda a long username...

I'm tired of explaining really...it's a long story that I won't bore you with. Just like most, I kinda pulled it out of my ass, or I should say my past.

Anyway... I am more interested in having people pronounce it properly, if you took Spanish at any time, "ll" sounds like "y".

    el-ca-BUY-yo

    A good Irish name...
