real definition is any force that moves an object like wind or an engine, but its also has been used to describe somebody with telekenisis(able to move objects with your mind). no it has nothing to do with primer.

Hoe-lee-crap! I forget that the HAMB doesn't dump anything (unless its an accident). I remember reading thru this loooong before I ever joined up!

I've considered changing my screen name to "Jeff" just becuz of the hassle of trying to remember the screen name & the real name.

My screen name is easy enuff to figure out- I have a '46 Studebaker pick-up. Eventually I'll have a modified/speedster powered by the '46 Stude flathead 6 out of my truck, too.

Vance is actually my middle name. I use it when I sign my artwork - pinstriping and kustom paint. My last name is one of those goofy European names with silent letters and long vowels. Vance just seemed to be the obivous choice. That and my older brother signs his pinstriping with our last name. He's beat me up if I tried signing our name to my work after all, he is older, and much bigger. Ask Unkl Ian, he knows my brother...

A friend gave me the name because of my ability to come up with cool junk. He goes by "Dr. Junkenstein".
My second choice when coosing my HAMB name was "the Krylon Kid" because I use a lot of it.

    Not from the f#ckin' movie.
I was 62Kevin until I decided to paint a name on the back of the Impala. I had this huge white car which reminded me of a ghost, and my favorite cartoon as a kid was the Looney Tune with Porky Pig as a cop(really) on call going to a haunted house.Waiting for him inside was a ghost with a porkpie hat, blowing smoke rings, and dipping them in coffee like donuts, listening to 'Jeepers Creepers'. Catch me in my off time and that's basically me...
I found out from this Mexican dude that my last name is the word the use for Scissortail fly-catchers-Tijerina(tee-hair-eenah). I thought that was cool since 'the birds' have kind of become synonmous with the kustom/rod kulture...

My last name is Hamilton. All my school buddies would call me "Hammy" for short from grade school on up through high school.

My wife hates it. Says it makes me sound like I'm a greasy, fat dude. I tell her I'm already greasy, just give me a few years.

Pretty easy actually, it's how I sign all my work. Von in honor of all who came before me, and it sounds cool and my middle name is Scott. first name and last name just didn't sound right.

Before I got a car and I would come to the HAMB and read for hours and hours then I noticed the little names everyone had. I thought some of them were pretty neat, but man I couldn't ever come up with a neat name...wait Neatname...that sounds pretty cool yet really lame. I like it!! That is how Neatname came about.

I got the nickname Torkwrench in high school because I was always working on either my car or helping my friends work on their cars, and I was the only one who had a torque wrench.
