My hippie friends gave called me Landmule after I played on their softball team. I am much happier doing sports in water than on land - so - I am Landmule. No car connection I'm just a clutz.

I have a friend who always says that I have a silent mind. In other words I dont say what I'm thinking or what I'm going to do, I just do it so I used it for my screen name. The 415 is my area code in San Francisco where Im currently going to school.

  7. Watsonville eh? So does that mean you'll be coming over the hill on Sat May 6th for the Gilroy OSH car show? The Salinas Boys are going to have a booth and some of the HAMB guys will be there.

when i first became a mechanic, the bossman gave a job on a little mazda with a ticking noise.i asked some of the other guys in the shop what it might be,i was thinkin lifters but was told to replace the hydraulic lash adjusters, a $900 repair for the customer. well me being new and the seasoned guys wanting me to fail miserably, i replaced them, but in doing so i tightened down the rockerarm shatfs wrong and bent them causing an even worse noise.the scumbag service advisor told the customer the car went too long with bad HLA's so it damaged his rocker shafts another $200,well i finally get it all back together properly and the car still ticks, so one of the guys asks me if i checked the service bulletins,i say no and went to check them to find out the ticking noise can be caused by carbon buildup, so i do an upper intake cleaning for $40 and that fixes the car.The customer comes in later that day, its an older gentleman telling me how he's so happy i fixed his car for him even though it was expensive because he needs to get to the hospital where his wife is dying of cancer.I still to this day feel like the biggest piece of crap for doing that but i had no idea that the service advisor had the customer pay for my fuck up when the dealer should have ate the repair costs. please stone me to death

I own a Norton bike and there used to be a motto on belt buckles, shirts and maybe ads for norton that said " Snorton Norton "

the username does not make sense to non-bike or hot rod enthusiasts so on other forums like NFL forums i'm on, people think i like to snort cocaine and my name is norton LOL

Well doesnt take a huge rocket scientist to figure this one out. lol

RustyCoupe descibes my first project a Rusty Coupe ( 34 Plymouth) and 215 was for the origional idea I had for the engine I was gonna run, The baby 215 ci displacement Buick aluminum engine I was going to run in the car.

But scrapped that idea and now it should be like Dork3017 or somethin....

My name is Mike and I have no rod (hot that is). Therefore..."MikeRodless."

At one point I was "BigDaddy"...went dormant and when I returned, there was an active "Big _Daddy." After some confusion and heat, I changed to "The OriginalBigDaddy." After some additional heat and apparent confusion with "Big Daddy" Ed Roth (R.I.P), I went dormant again and resurfaced with the latest handle, "MikeRodless."

Jeesuz...was that way too much information? I just realized it bored me.
    Sorry.

I'm a big block nut, 427 Chevys and 428 Fords; Gashog is my CB handle. I always use my name on discussion groups and thought I would try using it for my HAMB signon.
