Pam's kinda like Mount Everest...you know alot of men have been there before you but it's still an accomplishment
yes, very nice pan speedking - is this yours? i cant beleive this thread is still going (gguess Im now to blame) i woulda just told him to go over to the jockey journal - aint this like asking them what a pitman arm is??
i say if you built it and paid for it,call it what you want.park it in your garage or backyard ...it's yours whether it's bobbed or chopped
My Dad rode Harleys and Indians in the late 30's and early 40's. Most guys rode them stock until they got chewed up or wrecked. If a fender got damaged it was either removed or if not completely mangled the damaged part was sawed off, or Bobbed. This led to guys figuring out that the more they removed, the faster the bikes got. They started stripping everything they could do without. My Dad's 29 Harley-Davidson JD wound up with no front or rear fender, small seat, and only 6" of exhaust pipe on each cylinder. Uncomfortable, impractical, but fast!
Let's see here, Modified frame Different rear wheel Different front wheel Different gas tank Modified front end? Forward controls VERY nice bike, but by cl***ic definition it's a chopper.
Let's see here, ...a close up of the F*&%'n cool *** rear fender brace. Does that thing end in a devil tail? Please, say yes!
Ok, not a bobber. Might have gone overboard with the devil tails, but once I started making them couldn't stop at just one!
