long of the short of it- Janes grill is in tough shape- painted grey and pitted underneath. Bumpers are still presentable. Sooooo it becomes the question of what color should i paint teh grill pieces? Chrome is out due to ---hey im on a budget and beer costs money you know. The rest of the car will remain light/dark blue and the skirts will be flake red like the headlight trims.

    discuss amongst yourselves...

    Thanks
    Marty

if you can't afford chrome I'd say look for a better grille.

Unfortunately it won't look good painted. Either save some money to have it done or look for something else

Go silver, for a matte look, or aluminum paint then sanded w/ a 100 grit for a brushed stainless look. better still, combine both--say, outline in silver, insert in brushed stainless.

or, follow the factory trucks, and paint the grill white. what's the rims gonna look like? may want to match those. too much color difference and you might as well paint rainbow dots and wear a clown nose

I guess you could paint it a gray/silverish color, some people do that. But that would only be a short term solution until you find a nicer one IMO.

Use a wheel argent color its not chrome but it will look good enough. U can buy it in duplicolor rattle can or any paint shop can mix it for you
