Leave the roof white! Perfect 60's look. I would leave the car stock. If it only has 17K on it and in great shape leave it alone. It looks good. If you want to modify something, I'm sure you could get a good price for it if you sold it.
3" coil drop. Rub glaze into the paint for day's. Bury the paint in it. ALL paint. Door jams, trunk, ect. Top with sealant. Carefully detail all gl***, chrome, aluminum, plastic, ect. Detail this car to perfection. One set of wheels that would look good is the tried and true Supremes. Another are chrome reverse. It will look so nice, and retain it's value without messing with its surveyor status.
Man, I love finding cars like that and driving the wheels off of them. It's not valuable being a 4 door, but still a great driver from an era when cars were real. Devin
If it were me I would drop it 3" all around add some Supremes and Bellfower tips and cruise it. It's not a high option "rare" car so I would'nt sweat that. With the low milage on it, I'm willing to bet you got MANY trouble free miles ahead of you. Enjoy it. Don't drink the "It's a 4dr so it's not cool" Koolaid. It's a old car it's already cool. Todd
Please sell me the car so nothing bad like that happens. That car is way too nice to be touched. It needs to be driven and maintained in the nice weather only. It would be a great "daily driver". Do not touch it, and sell it to someone that can appreciate it for what it is.
