Got this awhile back, its from a walk behind tractor, much like a Gravely but called a David Bradley, stamped right into it on both sides. Its really unique, was thinking it might make a cool air cleaner if cut somehow.

Anybody got any ideas what to do with it?

I'm making a push car for my boy if I ever get it done, he's already getting pretty big, might have to alter it again....

  4. It'd make a great front for an early 30's single seat sprinter!

It would be awsome on a walk behind mower like a gravely. Just don't use it on your car. I will trade you a boat motor top or a mailbox.

That was made in Bradley,IL a few blocks from where I grew up. There are some serious David Bradley collectors. Sell it to one of them.

  14. David Bradley = Sears Roebuck

  15. Hang it on the wall or sell it or build a tractor.

  16. if you have a kid I'd make it into a peddal car or stroller(digger style), the front to aa special swap meet parts chaser or put it on a rototiller, for doing a garden! Too cool not to do something with it!!

yep modified roadster, or sprint car nose would be sweet, nice piece!

  18. I actually see the back of a sprint car themed build. It has the axle notch, cut it along the vertical feature and that is where the roll bar would go. Hell it even already has the hole in it for the push bar!

If it's not too big it would make a very cool "pits bicycle"

Would make a cool mailbox, or sell to a tractor collector and buy two mailboxes.....Maybe i have a mailbox obsession, i need a new one. Mine has electrical tape covering a hole.

  24. About the correct size for a heater in one of those big Blastoline convertibles.
