What to do?

I have 51 chevy with a 235 and a ****py Rochester carb. I am thinking about going with two 1 barrel Carter YF, Fenton headers and intake manifold. I then seen the weber 2 barrels on Langdon website, any suggestion on which one to go with? Also does anybody know of a good Fab person in the Central Valley, need my air ride re done.
