The world cl*** T5 would be my choice for a stick because of the od and they'll take a good beating . Depending on what you're putting it in , you'll probably want to use an S10 tail housing (they bolt on to the ford unit) as it will move the shifter forward about 8" from the ford location . Good used wc t5's go for anywhere from $150-350.

 

well i got a mustang t5 last weekend i got for a good price. once i get a chance im going to check into getting the s10 tail shaft.
