Technical What Type of Spotlight Do I Have?

I got this old door clamp-on Spotlight and not sure what type of car it would have been used on. Thanks.

 

Aftermarket, fits any car with a window frame.

 

Stock on a 1951 Dodge as a $3.00 dealer add on. You have to roll down the window to aim it. That is what the white knob is for. When you roll down your window just grab the white knob with your hand and aim the light at what you want to see in the dark. You also have to turn it on by flipping up the toggle switch just below the aiming knob. The salesman at the Dodge dealerships were well versed at giving directions on how to work these dealer installed options.
