I saw a post awhile back where a guy was asking about a problem he had with fuel flowing back into his tank when he shut off his engine...was it a bad fuel pump...crap in his carb???anybody know??
Also..does a manual fuel pump hold gas in the line like a check valve (mid 70's 360 mopar)?

Yes, the fuel pump has 2 one way valves to prevent drainback.

Brewsir, it was me I think you are talking about.. I haven't fixed it yet, but I have a fuel pump ln the way, I'm also going to replace the line from the pump to the carb, which may be part of the issue.

I'll keep everyone updated as soon as I get to the garage and fix 'er up!
