This is the roadster I built (2 years) and drove my jr. & sr. years in hi-school. It was fun & it was FAST! The lil guy is my nephew from California. He now has a 32 roadster, and owns & operates "Hell's Hot Rods."

Right now im a Jr. in High School.

Been driving my 49 since about september. Took me and my dad about a year and a half to get it on the road, and still working on it while driving it.

1972 Ford Pinto wagon- white with an orange plaid interior. I'd had a job for a month and after I had enough $ for insurance up front (mom's rule) I had $100 left. I went through the Louisville Courier-Journal Sunday classifieds till I found a car for less than $100. paid $75 for a running car.

It broke down on the way home... And that's how I learned to work on cars...

Here's mine bought in 1978 for $600.00 from an uncle in Neosho, MO. I drove it my senior year. Not the coolest in the parking lot but I thought it was. I still have it. Then in 1978.

I had a 76 Nova. It wasn't the coolest thing around, but my Grandpa gave it to me so it was good enough for me. That's what I started learning on.
