  4. :D Remember the TV show "The Munsters"? Well, it looks like the foundation to build a "Munstermobile". I think now you need the back half of a touring to mount behind the cab and then.......:D Gary 4T950 Chevy Guy

  5. Pieces of that POS Lumina van, VW bug front end, 2 'glass '4o ford hoods... you'll see.

Back in the day they were called "phone booths". Sounds like a good idea to me. Add some hgt to the floor and doors and make a small shop office out of it.

I think you need to buy it, and hang on to it until my next trip to see my grandfather in Ocala. I'll then swing by and we'll have a few beers, shoot the shit and talk about the gool ol' days, women, fried okra and biscuits, then, when you're nice and loaded, I'll write you a check and the truck can get loaded, and I'll go home smilin like an fuggin idiot!

Damn dude...where you guys find this stuff???

  23. What about something like a Tom Daniels design, only using the T pieces...

I think Stevie G has some giant rear wheels and tires, I've got a spare rear end or 2. Don has some SBCs scattered around...

I'd build a nice, beefy box tubing chassis with an SBF (you'll need a short water pump and probably shaved exhaust manifolds) and a C4, 20 by narrow disc wheels and some kind of reproduction heavy truck tire. Keep the hood and fenders on it, don't chop it, make it look like a stocker. Paint a logo on the doors and build whatever kind of bed/box you need for the back.

TTs only look good as heavy trucks, IMO, they don't make good hot rods.

Nope! Gotta go Nailhead, Rocket, Caddy, something with a bit more personality, originality, and uniqueness. Lotsa carbs or Hilborn setup, the stake bed of course, and the whole thing sitting in my garage. you guys can come sit on the back of the bed and have a Mike's lemonade with me...I'll buy.
