Ya know, I read today that some crazy Saudi dude declared a Fatwa on Mickey Mouse and called him an agent of Satan.

I think I am going to find out his mailing address and give him a gift subscription to Old School Rust Wagon Death Ride Magazine.

Now that is some serious Bel-Z-Bubba action.

Sorry, got bored with the debate and my mind wandered again.

Nah, that is a work in progress.

A might fine work in progress.

Fer sure not going to be in danger of being listed in the Fatwa.

I likey the baby blue roadster also in the ava-whater to the left also from what I can tell.

Man, if more people ask KIRK! questions like this we might have a new TV show in the works that could be better that PINKS!

    KIRKS!

Send me my check, I came up with it first.

Yeah, look it's not shiny. Duh!

I do like the steering wheel you made from a trash can lid though. And the Headliner made from stuffed animals. And the rebar shifter. And the barbed wire grille insert. And the plumbing pipe radius rods. And the hubcaps made from lampshades. And the floor made out of corrugated metal. And the door panels made from the doors off of newspaper dispensers. And the seats from tricycles. And the firewall made out of a wooden front door (with the knob and hinges still attached so that people know what it was). And glovebox made out of a bread box. And the air cleaner made from an old rice paddy workers hat. And the taillights made from Ikea desk lamps. And the fuel log made from an old bong. And the headlights from a steam train.

Sweet! I also have four different size radials you can use. One even has raised white lettering!

Don't you work early in the morning? Are you wearing your Kool Kat Klub shirt to bed?

Shawn, you asked a question and now you don't like the answers you're getting, your letting your emotions get the best of you, and frankly, you're coming off lookin' like an ass hat! You must have known this was gonna happen, why ask if you can't take the heat?
You're car is a Rat, you have to know that especially now, since Kirk was patient enough to explain it to you in a very nice way in my opinion. Listen to him, he actually is an expert, and he's schooling you for free!
This is a "kinder gentler" HAMB, the old one would have burned your ass and sent you packin' before it reached the second page.
As others have said, "build what you want", but just don't expect people to change history to suit you. As Kirk said, if that's traditional, show us some old pictures, I'm an ole fart whose been into this all my life, I've never seen any, cars like your's are a new fad, and just like graphics, pro street, and tweed, it'll die out. Good taste never goes out of style.

I read in Old Skool Rodz that you always mount the one with the lettering on the right front. That way all the orcabetties can see it from the sidewalk. You are also supposed to mount them biggest to smallest going counter-clockwise. It helps with the Ackerfield or something.

Are you actually asking him about what he is wearing to bed?

    Hmmm....

  25. Reminds me of that old Peter Green song: Don't ask me what I think of you I might not give the answer that you want me to...(followed by a kick ass riff)...

That arch is the arch is the frame. The wavy thing is the radius rod. I'm in front of the 12" ring that the arch connects to. Yes, I'm 100% serious!

I'll post pics of the frame tomorrow.

    Who is Peter Green?

I used to be really into Rockabilly but now it is pretty much all surf and drag for me.

Somebody did suggest I broaden my horizons so I did pick up some ski themed instro rock and a bitching record by The Hornets that is all about the sounds of the big drag boats.

Is this Green fellow into drag boats by any chance.

I don't think I could ever get enough drag boat instro rock.

It looks like it can be turned into a good looking ride, I am glad it rides well and it is used alot. I agree with Kirk in the fact that the R__Rods are mostly to shock people, most viewers just look and laugh. either way. Your car can be done nice if you want to by getting rid of the use less shock value stuff and get some nice stuff there. I don't thrash your car. I like it. but if you want traditional or like you mention "back in the day" your a bit off where you want to be. My two cents..I know noone here cares what I think..:)
