Hi Chris. Have you got a Cadillac? Just a Cad mill in your '32 highboy? Do you carry golfclubs for a living? Are you a young guy? Old guy? Not a guy at all? Evidently you got flamed elsewhere, but sarcasm's not going to get you help or friendliness here if it's applied heavily straight off the bat.

Ya got a Caddy in Sucktown? Must be a lowrider cuz that's all that's there. All the real hot rods and customs moved to the other towns around it.
Hi guys, and gal! Yes, I have a 1952 series 62 sedan, lowered 3inches (2 coils cut) in front and about 5 out back. had to notch my crossmember for clearance and installed a pretty trick air shock set-up so I can cruise low, or load up the fam. and ride comfortable. Had the 331/hydro when I bought it back in the day, but I busted the crank burning out in reverse one whisky drunken eve. So I shoe horned a '68 472 with a '74 turbo 4 in it and have been driving with that for about a year now. All work on the car has been performed by me, with the exception of the exhaust, and some pinstripes that the kid that was at Paso put on the nose and deck. Check out the Rumblers S.F. site for a picture of it at the Suicide Kings show. The only Stockton car that is in the photos. I'm the guy in the black beater working the 'que behind the car. I don't play golf and I still have the old mill in my garage 'cause I might just end up putting it in a little roadster someday. Sorry if I was brief in my intro, but I wanted to see what poeple wanted to know rather than just ramble on and on and on and...... P.S. there are some pretty dope cars in Stockton, not all of us have Impalas.
I know, the south end is where the low riders are the thickest. I know some of the Suicide Kings, I couldn't be a member cuz my car is furrin, not 'merkin. But that was when I lived in Man-stink-a.
Wow! You sound pretty pissed, did I upset you? Or are you always this cordial? Maybe I picked the wrong place, I heard that you guys were friendly. Don't expect to be trading much Caddy stuff with you.Too bad.
Purple- you gotta love the French Camp, but I'm on the West side. So I've probably met you, were you at the show in April? waddaya drive?
It's just that you still haven't told us who you are. We know all about your ride but nothing about you.
I was not there in April. I moved alomost 2 years ago and am broke most of the time. People know me down there because I have a 59 Datsun. We're not friendly. Just like anywhere else, ya gotta earn your place. Once you do, you'll find out just how fucking great this garage is to hang out in.
Well, I didn't want to bore you with the details, but if you insist, here goes. I am going to be 32 years old in Dec. I am engaged to a beautiful and talented cosmetologist named Megan and we have an incredibly cute 4 1/2 year old daughter named Simone. I became interested in cars when I was a kid and took all the industrial arts classes that were available at good old Lodi High school, except wood shop. I even went so far as to take an R.O.P. auto 3 class my senior Year. My Parents firt car was a 65 GTO and when my older brother turned 16 he got it. I would help him with it and was his pit crew at the brackets at Sac raceway. 13.1 seconds was the best we got out of it, but thats pretty good for a couple o kids. Unfortunately when I turned 16 my parents decided that since my bro kept gettin tickets in the goat, I was going to get to have no fun, and forced a 76 pinto on me. I immediatly painted flames from the back forward on it, stripped all the smog off the v6 and proceeded to beat the living hell outta that thing. It refused to die, and I was forced to jump it ofer a 4 foot dirt mound in order to put it out of its misery. After that I built a little M38A1 Jeep which I sold before moving to Seattle for a while.Where I purchased a 65 Cad Sed. Dev. for 450 and just decided that old caddys were where its at. When I returned back to good old Sucktown ( as Purple likes to call it ), I met Megan, and after Simone was born I took a drive over to Brentwood and bought a stock 52 Sedan, for 3200 and the now dead 65 and a 67, off the guys at AA. I've been cruisin it ever since. This year was my fourth Paso and Billet proof. I was with the Suicide Kings off and on for a few years but have since left for good. A few of us are trying to start something else but were not in any hurry. Oh, I used to be a chef but now I work with High Voltage.Megan needs my help with something so I gotta go. be back in a few.
It was actually a CJ5 body with a cut down wind shield and an ammo box. The damned motor was crazy too. Fuckin F-Head, The craziest thing I ever saw. Thanks for the kind words. Hear that guys? Stop pickin' on me! I'm gonna cry.
welcome ,some of us are kinda picky about that intro stuff as we all had to do it ,just keep in mind that thin skins have no place here ,its kinda like a club in that we want to know who you are + what you drive/building (or have)attitude checks and hazing are common .ounce again welcome
Welcome Chris! Yes we are a picky Brood when it comes to intros. We just like to know what kind of person you are. I realize anyone can make up a story but few with attitudes will be that personable. Welcome! Yes you jumped the hoops now come on in and help us or maybe we can help you.
Welcome Chris. Sounds like you've got your life in order and have been around the car scene awhile. Just one more thing to make if official, post a pic of that beautiful woman yer gonna marry. She'll have to meet our approval first.
