You should check out the Professional Car Society, they are an organization dedicated to the restoration and preservation of vintage and antique funeral cars and ambulances. They have a website along with a very active message board and I'll bet one of them would be interested in the car.

Umm, I think you meant to say Baker Electric, at least it is the ealiest m*** produced electric car I know of:
My mistake, the first m*** produced electic vehice was from the Pope Manufacturing Company in 1897 http://www.pbs.org/now/shows/223/electric-car-timeline.html 1897 The first electric taxis hit the streets of New York City early in the year. The Pope Manufacturing Company of Connecticut becomes the first large-scale American electric automobile manufacturer. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pope_Manufacturing_Company In 1897, Pope Manufacturing began production of an electric vehicle. By 1899, the company had produced over 500 vehicles. The Electric Vehicle division was spun off that year as the independent company Columbia Automobile Company but it was acquired by the Electric Vehicle Company by the end of the year. And actually made a cool motorcycle as well:
I'd wave it around the AACA and professional car people. Stuff from that era is really scarce, but the guys into them are getting just about as scarce themselves, so it could go either way. But it can't hurt to wave it around before you do anything with it, if someone offers you stupid money you just bought a bunch of stuff for your other car(s).
